WTS advises Crosslantic Capital on investment in Instaffo

Munich, March 25, 2024 - WTS, a global full-service provider of tax and financial & deal advisory services, has advised funds advised by Crosslantic Capital on tax and financial aspects of an investment in the Heidelberg-based scale-up Instaffo, an innovative matching and AI technology-based job platform.

Crosslantic Capital, based in Düsseldorf, is investing in the up-and-coming innovation leader in the recruitment market Instaffo. Since 2017, the company has built a talent-focused platform in the in-demand tech, marketing and sales sector in Germany that simplifies the application process for professionals and brings employers and job seekers together using matching and AI technology.

The investment will be used for the further development of the platform, the expansion of existing business areas and the expansion into new job categories.

WTS provided comprehensive tax and financial advice on the transaction. While the tax team led by Axel Wagner was responsible for preparing the tax due diligence, the tax aspects of the purchase agreement and advising on the structuring of the transaction, the WTS advisory team provided consulting services in the area of financial due diligence.
