WTS Advisory advises integer GmbH on joining Valley IT Group GmbH

Munich, 25. September 2024 - WTS Advisory AG (“WTS Advisory”) exclusively advised the shareholder of INTEGER (“integer GmbH”) on its entry into the Valley IT Group (“VALLEY”), a full-service provider for medium-sized IT solutions with a focus on industrial applications as well as corporate and business processes. The closing took place on July 31, 2024.
The Managing Director of INTEGER, Luise Krammer, sees the VALLEY IT Group as a strong and long-term partner. The merger is an important corporate step for INTEGER in order to meet current market developments in the IT managed services environment.
With INTEGER, VALLEY IT Group has gained a leading regional provider and can further expand its range of services for modular, customizable IT system solutions in the managed services sector. This transaction enables INTEGER to develop even faster with its highly qualified team in the VALLEY IT ecosystem and to expand the portfolio offered through broader market access and expert knowledge.
As part of the transaction, the M&A team of WTS Advisory, together with the management of INTEGER, structured a holistic M&A process and selectively approached suitable interested parties. VALLEY IT was quickly able to position itself as a suitable partner for INTEGER on an equal footing in order to jointly promote its long-term development.
Der Firmensitz der INTEGER ist Schrobenhausen. Der Standort liegt zwischen Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Munich, will be secured in the long term and is to be expanded in the medium term. As a result of the merger, the company will remain an attractive employer in the region.
